In the creation story, God made day and night. Because of Him and His power, each day we see is one He made, one He created special for each of us so we should start every day thanking Him for a new day.  To remember this we can sing the song “this is day” when they wake up or go through our day. This song can help us remember that God is present with us every day!  For this week play or sing the song “This is the day”.

Activity:  Practice our memory verse for this week. “This is the day the Lord as made and I will rejoice and give thanks”, Ps 118:24.
