On day 5, God placed animals in the sea so today we will make an ocean sensory bottle.

Sensory bottle instructions:

YOU WILL NEED:

·      Empty water bottles

·      Blue Glitter Glue or blue dye

·      Silver Glitter

·      Small ocean animal pieces

·      Water

HOW TO MAKE AN OCEAN IN A BOTTLE

STEP 1:  Remove any labels.  Use rubbing alcohol or goo be gone to get label residue off the bottle. This will make for a clearer picture! 

STEP 2:  Start with your bottle half full with water.

STEP 3:  Squeeze glue or blue dye into the water, add silver glitter, cap the bottle, and shake well!  It may take a few minutes for the glue or dye to thoroughly mix and it may appear clumpy for a bit, but it will then become smooth.

STEP 4:  Uncap your ocean sensory bottle and add the animals.  Then add more water until the water level reaches the top and re-cap your ocean in a bottle.

Shake and enjoy your new ocean sensory bottle!
