Creation story crafts and activities

Craft:  We talked about how God made the whole world and the whole universe.  He made galaxies, other plants, the stars and comets.  Let’s make our own picture of the heavens today.  We are going to use paper and paint and have some fun.  Then we will hang it up so we can remember that God made the heavens. 

Use cotton balls, qtips, toothpicks or even fingers to dip in the paint to make different size dots to make planets, stars, the sun and the moon on black construction paper to make their very own picture of the heavens.

Activity: sing “He’s got the whole world in His hands”.
